The PCE-VR air flow meter is an air flow meter to measure air flow in pipelines and ventilation ducts. The PCE-VR air flow meter is very easy to handle thanks to its enclosure made of propylene. The PCE-VR air flow meter meets the DIN EN ISO 5167 and the ISA 1932 standards. The flow course (which is an important factor for the measurement) is reached by means of the special procedure of the thermoplastic material deformation. The PCE-VR air flow meter has a high flow accuracy due to the fact that the connection flange is optimally centered to allow for a quick installation in a pipeline. Thanks to its extremely smooth surface, the PCE-VR air flow meter has very good flow conditions. The venturi measuring principle is used to measure gas flow rate. The minimum pressure value is located in the narrowest cross section of the air flow meter so the air flow velocity will be higher at this point.
