New TY4 timer takes advantage of new technology to combine and make available in one unit functions that were previously available in ten options, the product is available in five different operating voltages: 24VAC, 110VAC, 230VAC, 12VDC & 24VDC.
There are seven timing ranges, select-able via a rotary switch, with fine adjustment available on another dial:0.1, 1s1, 10s0.1, 1min1, 10min0.1, 1h1, 10h10 & 100h.
The previous product range consisted of fifty options, now there are only five, reducing the required stock inventory and cost considerably. Other plus points include; increased maximum timing range from 6h to 100h and Relay switching load from 3A to 6A, with the same pin layout, no need for a different base.
You might think that with all these features crammed in to one unit the cost would have increased? but in fact IMO has been able to achieve savings in the design and production of the unit which we have passed on to our customers.
The five options are:
TY4-24AC, TY4-115AC, TY4-230AC, TY4-12DC & TY4-24DC.
